They tried to tell me the 'auto start stop malfunction' light didn't come on for them. I pick my car up and two minutes later the light comes on. And it has come on every day since I was there. I brought my truck in for an oil change, but drop-off was a bit awkward. No one acknowledged me when I arrived, and I had to go up to the counter before anyone helped me. Later, I received a call saying my t a bit awkward. No one acknowledged me when I arrived, and I had to go up to the counter before anyone helped me. Later, I received a call saying my truck was ready after a recall service. When I asked if the oil change had been completed, there seemed to be some confusion, and they put the truck back in for the oil change before calling me again when it was actually ready. Pickup went smoothly, and they even provided me with a quote for running boards for the truck. Overall, the experience ended on a positive note despite the mix-up. More
