Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Once my car was towed to the dealership, they never called me. I called them two days later and they said they didn’t know my Jeep was on the lot and they didn’t have my number. Even though I did the p called me. I called them two days later and they said they didn’t know my Jeep was on the lot and they didn’t have my number. Even though I did the paperwork online and I’ve been there multiple times. They also lost my key fob. I asked did they look in the car for it and they said yes two weeks later they stated they found the key fob in the jeep. The communication is horrible when you call nobody calls you back nobody texts you back I had to show up in person twice to be able to talk to somebody. I would not go back there with my bicycle to fix. I would never buy a jeep from them again after buying two. It took 18 days to get my car back. Horrible horrible service and communication. More
