On 10/25 I reported a coolant leak with a clear photo of pink coolant. I was told by Javon, it was “oil mixed with coolant,” quoted an oil-cooler job, and I was given no warning of urgency or risk of engine pink coolant. I was told by Javon, it was “oil mixed with coolant,” quoted an oil-cooler job, and I was given no warning of urgency or risk of engine damage. Within a week the oil dumped, the engine smoked and knocked, and the Jeep died. Management pointed me to manufacturer goodwill that still left me with a 7 thousand dollar bill after this could've been avoided had the advisor been properly trained. I requested a dealer-level remedy in writing and received no meaningful resolution. More
