My car was at the dealership 24 days to repair lifters above the cams. This long duration of service was due to Endurance the warranty company. I was in a rental vehicle from Enterprise which cost me over above the cams. This long duration of service was due to Endurance the warranty company. I was in a rental vehicle from Enterprise which cost me over $3000.00! Endurance only covered $150.00 in rental coverage. Berman credited my portion of the repair by $400.00 to help offset the Enterprise rental cost! Marlina was very helpful in getting the discounted rate for me! More

My vehicle was a warranty fix. I set an appointment, whereas that just holds a spot which would be nice to know. I waited 2 weeks for a caliper. No one offered me a loner vehicle. No one covered the $100 for the inconvenience. This place has no amenities to a dealership customer. More
