Hardy promised me a loaner did not explain that I had to go through Enterprise. Hernandez stated that Hardy shouldn't mentioned any transportation without getting a diagnostic test first. I was not informed go through Enterprise. Hernandez stated that Hardy shouldn't mentioned any transportation without getting a diagnostic test first. I was not informed of the correct protocol, which was an enormous inconvenience. Hernandez mentioned he would have his Supervisor to give me a call. I am still waiting this was 10 hours earlier. This is my second car from Bermans. I'm a loyal customer and this is how I get treated. Guess what my car isn't fix. Mind you I've been trying to get this probably fix with my car since last June.. I'm very disappointed....?? By the way I asked for a loaner from you guys of course you don't have any. No one recommend another Dealership. Just horrible.... More
