Went in for oil change and 30k service. 3hrs later was told wouldn't finish that day and they didn't have a car to give me. They ended up finding a car. Jessie/Jesus-- he was kind. There were others at the service desk that were flat out rude though. I was ignored when I walked in, not greeted at all other than by a salesman pas There were others at the service desk that were flat out rude though. I was ignored when I walked in, not greeted at all other than by a salesman passing by. When I did approach someone I asked where I could park my car as I was concerned about blocking paths and the guy gave me no guidance and just told me to go back to my car. It was frustrating and just poor customer service. If they had been busy I would have understood but there were no customers present in front of them and they weren't able to look up from computers/screens for a couple minutes to acknowledge someone waiting. Would appreciate better customer service/communication in the future, from the service team, not just sales staff. More
