Read above computer Jarred he's been great with everything else I've experienced with him put Friday I got my oil changed had an appointment at 7:30 didn't get truck back till 9. I have 30000 miles in the truck so I figured there should of been some kind of other maintenance required so I looked at the receipt and there's like five different things that have been deferred and I wasn't asked if I wanted that service done or not so now I gotta bring the truck back again to get everything serviced that needs to be done. I found lack of communication for repairs and services, i attempted to call multiple times my calls got dropped after talking to someone multiple times. And one of my repairs is still not fixed with my GPS. Also trim was left off inside my cargo are that I reinstalled. More
