I had to bring in my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of a recall. The day of my appointment I met Chris Bogyo I also told him of a problem with a tire that kept needing to get filled with air. Chris found a recall. The day of my appointment I met Chris Bogyo I also told him of a problem with a tire that kept needing to get filled with air. Chris found the problem also explained to me the importance of replacing my tires because of the calibration in my vehicle and the problems I could cause by not taking care of this problem. Chris was very informative and a real learning experience. Because of this new knowledge I am replacing my tires. This is my first new car in a long time and I want this to last a long time. Not a fan of mopars service I've had several cars and service at the dealerships . Never have I been told I'd be charged for a tire rotation with an oil change I'd purchased and never that my coolant was service at the dealerships . Never have I been told I'd be charged for a tire rotation with an oil change I'd purchased and never that my coolant was low and it's recommended next visit to pay 24.99 to top it off. This is why I believe most friends and family return to purchase vehicles back to where great and fair service is given. More
