Good Prices Its a mixed experience I have with this dealer. I was dishonored a deal on one car after I put in the deposit by saying a system error. But I was offered another car deal as alternative which I take it. Which I can say is a very good deal. Two suggestions to the customers. 1. They have great price discounts. Get any offer in writing, so that they cant dishonor by saying system error or anything. 2. Regarding vehicle warranty also please get in writing, because I got different information from different persons. The sales person Jimmy is good and helped me clarify most of my doubts. One of the manager is very rude and if you want your customers to buy a car explain them but not yell at them. This is the only reason I am rating customer service as low More

Out of town and needing service I drove to Chicago a week ago from Cleveland. An hour out of Cleveland I heard a loud humming sound from my front right wheel. When I got to Chicago I drove right to the nearest Infiniti dealer downtown . Within an hour I received a call from Nick , a service rep, that my car had a defective wheel bearing .
