Disappointing service experience I brought my car in due to a loud grinding noise the day before. The possible cause of it was not addressed. I was not given an estimated time to fix I brought my car in due to a loud grinding noise the day before. The possible cause of it was not addressed. I was not given an estimated time to fix and replace oil. I was not checked in on with an update. After 90 minutes I went back to check on status and was told it was done. No review of what was found, what was done or any recommendations was made. Just handed the bill and escorted to the receptionist. Every question I asked got a vague response prompting me to have to ask the same questions over and over. The tires were not inflated using nitrogen as requested. No quick review of what the technicians did or discovered. More
