What a Difference a Week Makes I purchased a pre-owned vehicle exactly two weeks ago today. I raved about my experience at Bermans! I was truly impressed with the service, the staff, the extensive inspection, 30 Day Promise, etc. I gave Vlad and Addy 5 star ratings! I was totally sold on the fact that Bermans stood behind their vehicles both new and pre-owned. I was truly happy to join the Berman Infiniti family and overjoyed about my purchase! It was awesome...until last week. While the deal was being made, everyone was amazingly kind and extremely helpful. Within a two week period, once an issue was discovered, the masks were removed and the truth was revealed. The Berman's Infiniti Commitment did not last a full 14 days! ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS: Do a VERY VERY thorough inspection of your own before driving off! Trusting the 180 point inspection and/or the word of the sales team alone, will lead to buyers remorse. There is absolutely no reason why a customer should be slapped with a service bill less than two weeks after a major purchase!! Bermans Infiniti is a high end, reputable dealership with less integrity than the dealerships on Western Ave. I will never make another purchase from here! #BuyerBeware #TotallyDisappointed More

Vehicle Technician I've posted a review here before, but wanted to make it very clear that the service experience doesn't start and stop with the service advisers. I've purchased two QX Suv's and have always had my vehicle's serviced at Berman's in Chicago. For approx eight years now, Paul has worked on my vehicles. I always get my back QX promised, but more importantly, it has always been explained to me what the issues were, and the steps to fixing them. Prior to Infiniti, I had GM vehicles. Never has my service experiences there been this personal, assuring, and comforting. Paul always make it a point to come and speak to me when I bring to vehicle in for service. Unfortunately as consumers, we tend to spend more time in the Service Department(Oil changes, routine maintenance, recalls, etc..) than in the Sale's Department. I've encountered nothing but a good atmosphere at Hooker St. that has taken the burden of getting my vehicle serviced away. More
