After a miserable experience with Infiniti of Naperville's service center and the rest of the suburb Infiniti service shops not having a 22" Bridgestone tire in stock until Dec 2017 (it's currently October) I decided to stop the madness and to take our car DT. It was night and day compared to the burbs. Ramon was exceptionally helpful, courteous and customer service oriented. I am so thankful for his great customer service. He even noticed my car key battery was low and replaced it. This service center has a playroom for kids! Chalk wall, Netflix, blocks, snacks and more. More

1st Time Buyer Turned Lifetime Buyer I bought my 2013 Infiniti G37 with only 19,000 miles from Berman Infiniti. I'd never financed a car before and the very thought was terrifying. I went I bought my 2013 Infiniti G37 with only 19,000 miles from Berman Infiniti. I'd never financed a car before and the very thought was terrifying. I went in with my specific car in mind as well as a down payment and monthly payment that I was comfortable with. I test drove the vehicle and completely fell in love with it. They didn't have one in stock that particular day but they told me that they could get one in with in a timely fashion. This was on a Saturday afternoon. By 12 noon on Monday morning I received a call stating that they had found me my vehicle with significantly lower miles than the one that I test drove!!! I honestly did not think that it will happen so fast! They came to pick me up from work that evening in the car and I got drive it to the dealership. Sleep drepived and sick, I will admit to exhibiting some diva like behavior but these guys handled everything I threw at them without making me feel like I was being too demanding or becoming annoyed. They got me a great rate and a monthly payment I'm comfortable with. They even dealt with my mini tantrum I threw over the vehicle not having tinted windows! They threw in the tinted windows and even got me an appointment 4 days sooner than initially scheduled. To me that was the very best part! They already had my money, the sale was completed. But the fact that they were still working on my behalf when I wasn't even around for something they knew really mattered to me even though it was minor speaks volumes!!!!! Pro-xxxxing-fessionals! Also the "they" I'm referring to is the entire dealership. We faced a few challenges during this process but this team made it happen. Jimmy is great, he's like your grandpa that wants the best for you! He had stayed in constant contact with me to insure me that I would be placed in a car that I absolutely loved. Even on his off day he came in to complete the sale!! Joe was able to Crunch those numbers and get me a rate that was amazing. He's very honest and I will purchase whatever he's selling. He really cared about my overall happiness. Ray made sure to smooth everything over and get his car guy to find me exactly what I was looking for. And Ashley and Jesenia at the front desk are total sweetheart's. They were able to crack that whip on the service team's xxx to get me a sooner appointment!!! And service, they're so hospitable! Red carpet over there ( on Hooker St! Lol) Thank you everyone @ Berman Infiniti! I appreciate your efforts. My apologies to anyone whose feelings got hurt in the process.
