I had an excellent experience with the Berman Infiniti employees and owner, and especially with my salesman, Moe Skaik. He was very polite, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. After having gone to another Infiniti dealer, I can say that my experience at Berman's was much better. Moe Skaik was friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable about the Infiniti G37X AWD (more so than oth that my experience at Berman's was much better. I just purchased a 2009 G37 AWD from Berman's. I truly have to say it was the best car buying experience that I have ever had, from beginning to end. As well as a great deal on on the new car they gave me an excellent price for the trade-in of my used Infiniti. When it was time to pick up my new car, Moe explained how to use each and every feature of the vehicle. He truly wants you to understand how to use them and get the most out of them. He said that he will follow-up with me in a few weeks to make sure everything is good and explain anything that I still can't figure out. The G37 handles great in this lousy Chicago weather that we're experiencing - the timing of my purchase could not have been any better. I was going to call today and tell them how happy I was with the new car, but before I had a chance, Moe called to check-in with me! I would and will highly recommend Berman's Infiniti to everyone. I basically knew what car I wanted but I thought I should explore my options. Moe let me test drive the FX and the EX, and I was torn between the two.
