Vehicle Damaged during oil change - No Resolution Vehicle rim was damaged during scheduled oil change. I brought this issue to the attention of the Service Advisor, Jermaine Waterman. Jermaine didn’t Vehicle rim was damaged during scheduled oil change. I brought this issue to the attention of the Service Advisor, Jermaine Waterman. Jermaine didn’t care about the damage that occurred while vehicle was serviced. The quality of the technicians’ workmanship and quality controls at Berman’a Infiniti are poor. I did not think that I had to worry about my vehicle getting damaged while being serviced. I will not bring my vehicle back to this dealership. I cannot and will not recommend BERMAN’S Infiniti for service. Dealership never even followed-up with me after this service visit or sent the Infiniti Customer Survey. More
