Out of town / needed help over the weekend Called on a Saturday morning after starting my QX 60 and heard a large clunking coming from the engine compartment. Reluctantly called the dealer to expect the “no open time slot” response. Much to my dismay I was told to get the car in so they could diagnose the problem. By Noon I was told the problem was under warranty and they had replacement parts and could pick the car up by 3. outstanding service and they went beyond my expectations. More
