Sales staff is very very non-pushy which I like, I hate pushy sales people, and very knowledgeable on leases which is walked out with a great lease. That helped me build trust with their team. The manager of the department ( I think his name is Tony) runs a tight ship and keeps his staff on their toes to make sure the customer receives what he or she needs.If you go to a service department and the floors look clean that tells me something about the pride the staff feels for their work place. I know most of the comments people send in are negative as happy people do not take the time to comment so I felt it was necessary to tell people of my happiness with Mid City.
