The only problem I had was that I could not fully personalized my car, but had to buy their "Citypackage", -which contains many things that I didn't actually need, to be honest. I don't meant that the car itself is bad or Andy was not helpful. But it would be better if I could chose what to put on the new car. Overall, the purchase was great. It should be a place to consider of when one needs to buy a new Subaru. More

Great experience - well worth the time invested. Been a while since I bought a car and frankly was not looking forward to it, but Rob Folks made the experience a very smooth and enjoyable one. Took several months, mostly because of my methodical nature, but Rob was very patient throughout the process and extremely knowledgeable about the different makes and models. And the few times he didn't have a ready answer to my questions, he was quick to find someone who did. Ended up going the factory order route, and though that took a little longer than I was expecting, it was well worth it in the end. The delivery process was quick and easy with Rob even offering to let me peel off the plastic wrap when it was unloaded off the trailer - I declined.... :-) I also participated in Subaru's LOVE Encore delivery program, where Jonathan Arias spent over two hours going through all the bells and whistles of my new car. This took place a few weeks after initial delivery, which was perfect as it gave me some time to get used to the car, as well as come up with a list of questions. A long list. And Jonathan answered every one. Since then, I've come up with a few more questions, and I have no doubt that when I stop by Mid-City, Rob or Jonathan will be more than happy to answer them. Again, a lengthy but most enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend these guys if you're in the market for a Subaru. More
