Freddie was awesome to work with. He listened and made sure all my needs were met. Strongly recommend seeing him if you're in the market for a vehicle. He listened and made sure all my needs were met. Strongly recommend seeing him if you're in the market for a vehicle. More
This review is for the service department only, as I had a nice experience with sales, but not with service. I know this is a long review but they treated me very condescendingly, they don’t listen to yo a nice experience with sales, but not with service. I know this is a long review but they treated me very condescendingly, they don’t listen to you, and it took 3 appointments (and me telling them what was wrong with my brand new car) to get it fixed. I am not mentioning the first advisor I dealt with so they don’t get in trouble. I picked up my new 2026 CRV EXL on Friday 6/19/26 and was very excited to drive it based on the great comments I had been reading months prior. The next day I kept hearing a vibration noise coming from behind me in the backseat and it kept getting louder and just didn’t sound right. I figured something was loose and they didn’t see it when they did the new car inspection (that I don’t think ever happened). I texted the salesman I bought it from and he recommended I call service and schedule an appointment. I did and the earliest they had was the following Friday, which I wasn’t too happy with because it was a week later and this was a brand new car. I brought it in on 6/26 and the noise was so much louder by now, like a lawnmower, and when I explained the noise I was hearing I received a blank stare that made me feel like an idiot. He walked away without saying anything and came back with another man and said “tell him what you told me”. I repeated what I said earlier and he went on and on for about 5 minutes saying what I was hearing was normal for a CVT transmission and it was located behind me and not in front with the engine (which is wrong since it’s in the front of the car), and also that new cars need a break in period of a few thousand miles to give the fluids time to move throughout the car (which is also wrong). He said nothing was wrong with the car but for my peace of mind (another way of saying idiot female who doesn’t know what she’s talking about) they would check it out. I asked him to make sure they looked underneath to make sure nothing was loose. The advisor called later saying they couldn’t hear the noise and nothing was wrong with the car. I asked him if they looked underneath like I asked and there was dead silence and then a quick “ummm yes”, which I took to mean no. It made the same noise on the way home and I called and made another appointment for the following Monday. Over the weekend the noise was still there and my husband figured it out, the splash shield over the rear tire had fallen down and was rubbing on the wheel. I took a few pics to bring with me on Monday. I went in again on Monday 6/29 and when I checked in I told him that we found the reason and showed him the picture and told him that I had sent the service manager an email and wanted to speak with him before they brought the car into the service bay because I wanted a new shield and not to just clip that one back up since it was probably warped. I received a text about an hour later from the mechanic saying it was fixed, and I had explicitly told them not to fix it until I spoke to the manager. He assured me it was fixed and the manager wasn’t in until later and I told the advisor that I wasn’t picking up the car until the manager called me . I was very upset that both times I had brought the car in they didn’t listen to me. The service manager did call me a little while later and said he gave my car the new car inspection and when they did they found 3 more clips that were missing and assured me everything was fixed and nothing was going to fall again. I picked up the car and the next morning the shield had fallen down again and was rubbing on the wheel making the noise, I called again furious and scheduled another appointment and spoke to the manager again and demanded a new shield and not to just clip it back up again. It was finally fixed at my third appt on 7/2. I will not return to this dealer for service as they don’t listen to you, and I just don’t trust them, and will drive 30 minutes to the Westborough one that got great reviews. More
My visit was a little frustrating at first because another salesman (new I think) kept giving me wrong information and dragging his feet getting an answer every time I asked a question (almost 1 1/2 h another salesman (new I think) kept giving me wrong information and dragging his feet getting an answer every time I asked a question (almost 1 1/2 hours to finally get to the test drive). I went specifically for Victor but he wasn’t there when I got there (not his fault since I didn’t have an appointment), but once he arrived and took over my visit it was great. He showed me the cars they had that matched the model I wanted and patiently answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and looked everywhere for a car that matched what I wanted and found one that had just arrived. I told him that I didn’t want to play games with a low ball trade-in price and he was able to get the best price that I was looking for without the normal back and forth “let me check with my manager” crap. Victor is such a pleasant person and you can tell that he really likes his job and genuinely wants to make people happy. More
Frustrating and horrible experience will never come back to Bernardi Honda. “I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Unfortunately, the service and communication did not meet my expectations. I experienced issues with misleading information, poor customer service, delays, lack of follow-up I felt that my concerns were not handled professionally, and the overall process was frustrating. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.” More
I worked with Bob McGrath for over a month in deciding on the purchase of my new car. I loved the Honda CR-V, but when I found out it did not have a spare tire, I decided on another car. He could not have be the purchase of my new car. I loved the Honda CR-V, but when I found out it did not have a spare tire, I decided on another car. He could not have been more gracious to me. During the process, he educated me about trade-in values and how to research what my car was worth online. He always told me that "I should have the car that I want". Bob was very patient while I worked my way through the car-buying process. I would highly recommend him for his knowledge, skill, and gentlemanly manner of dealing with his customers. More
I had a disappointing experience at Bernardi Honda on Worcester Street. We were assisted right away by a salesperson who appeared to be new, but he clearly did not understand what we were asking for o Worcester Street. We were assisted right away by a salesperson who appeared to be new, but he clearly did not understand what we were asking for or what options the dealership actually offers. He was giving unclear numbers and seemed unfamiliar with available vehicles or financing options. All we asked was very simple: what are your best current offers on the specific model we mentioned, and what financing rates are available considering we have a trade-in. He had to go back and forth multiple times to ask the manager for help. Eventually, the manager came over and commented that we had “scared” his new employee. I completely understand that everyone is new at some point — but our questions were basic and standard, and we had asked the same questions at multiple other dealerships without any issue. When the manager joined, he also questioned why they should spend time evaluating my trade-in if I wasn’t planning to purchase a vehicle that same day. From the beginning, I had clearly explained that I was exploring options and learning what the dealership could offer, not committing to an immediate purchase. After being shown a vehicle, we were left waiting again without clear communication. Eventually, we were given a worksheet showing a trade-in value of approximately $1,275 for my 2010 Toyota Camry with ~102k miles, despite a Carfax report indicating good reliability and only minor damage. This offer felt extremely low and disconnected from market value. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and professionalism. Instead of receiving clear information about available offers and financing options, we were left confused and undervalued as customers. I expected a much more straightforward and respectful process. I found out that the car I had an appointment to see was sold before I arrived but no one told me. Once I arrived, with no car to see, they said they would keep me on a call list if that deal fell through. sold before I arrived but no one told me. Once I arrived, with no car to see, they said they would keep me on a call list if that deal fell through. They called me the next day and said the deal had fallen through and did I want the car. I said yes. Did not hear from them, called them back, found out the online listing price was the wrong price, it was actually $4000 higher. This cancelled the deal. What a waste of time, mileage and effort. What poor management. Krystal was the sales person and she did the best she could and was as accommodating and apologetic as she could be given that she did not have any of the correct information. I would recommend her but she works for an inefficient company. More
