So, like many people I know the thought of having to go into a car dealership to buy a new car rates right up there with a root canal! To my very happy surprise I received some of the best customer service I have ever encountered and my expectations are extremely high when it comes to making a large purchase like a new vehicle! I stopped into the Bernardi dealership to have a look at a Fit I had already been to a Toyota dealership and Chevy checking out the new Yaris and similar cars in that category. A friend of mine had recently purchased a Fit from this dealer and told me I should ask to speak with a Peter Nannery. Peter was amazing! From the minute he walked up to introduce himself to the moment I drove away in my new Fit! I felt no pressure at any time. He was patient and persistent in getting me the deal I needed to get the car I wanted. Peter made the whole experience painless. I felt relaxed and at ease as if I was sitting down with a good friend or close family member who was trying to get me exactly what I needed and asked for. He is sincere friendly and knowledgeable!
