I'd sent in a request for a price quote and got just that. Straightforward and honest. [other dealerships that got back to me after a price quote rquest were vague and harrassing. All i wanted was a price quote, but for other dealerhips, it was obviously too much to ask!] It's what brought me in, over other dealerships. Once I arrived I was introduced to Pter Nannery. He was fantastic to deal with. No games, he just walked me through the process. I have actually told my friends that buying car at Bernardi was a pleasant experience! Thank you Bernardi! I will be back to purchase another car (someday!), and will highly recommend you to everyone. More

I went through the Speedbilly website which was very easy to use and comforting knowing we were getting a very fair deal. Bernardi's sales rep. Peter Nannery followed up quickly by contacting me. We discussed the vehicle we had secured through Speedbilly, price was exactly the same, and then it was a matter of what extras and financing we needed. The entire process starting with Peter and also driven by the manager Seth Marshall from the etxras we wanted and the very good finance rate made the experience pleasurable. I would recommend both Speedbilly and Bernardi Honda. They were a real class act. I was in and out of the dealership including a test drive in 90 minutes! Peter Nannery deserves high praise, very trustworthy. More
I was at Bernardi for a look at a new Odyssey as I received an email with a price.. and I will admit I was skeptical..like any other consumer would be. I did my reseach and my sales person was Matt received an email with a price.. and I will admit I was skeptical..like any other consumer would be. I did my reseach and my sales person was Matt (with 2 t's) He made what I thought would be living hell a pleasant experience. Everyone at Bernardi is very polite and helpful...would highly recommend. Ask for Matt..he listens to what you need and want NOT what he thinks you should buy...Thank you Bernardi for a great car buying experience!!! Thank you Matt!! More

I am so pleased with my experience. This is my 4th CRV I've bought with help from Dennis Swift! He is the best! Knowledgeable, helpful and all around good guy. Hasan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We were there with our young children and he did everything he could to get us through the process as quickly as possible. We went in intending to get a quote but were so happy with the process that we stayed, did the deal, and went home later that day with our new car. Hasan went the extra mile to ensure that wait times were minimal and that the car was as perfect as possible upon delivery. They lie, lie, lie to get you into the door and then waste your time never intending to meet or beat the price they stated over the phone. Run away as fast as you can from this dealer. Ready to buy from Boch Honda ('09, DVD) but got a call from Jeff at Bernardi the night before buying the other car. Bernardi has an '10 (with NAV and 10K less miles) and will beat Boch's price. I talked to Fred on the phone the next morning - what exactly do I need to do to walk out today with the car (cash, certified check, personal check?) and also confirmed the price he stated twice the night before. This time he wouldn't actually say the price. He just said he would beat Boch's price. That should have been a major red flag. I told him "Don't waste my time. If you're not going to beat that price I will go down to Boch right now and buy the car." He assured me he would not waste my time. On my way to Bernardi Jeff calls and tells me Matt Quelch will be handling the sale. I meet Matt Quelch and tell him the story and very pointedly say "don't waste my time!" I tell him the number I was told by Jeff and said let's get it in writing. I will then test drive the car to my bank and get that certified check. Matt says, "Whoa, this car can't sell for that not including your trade in." He takes my car to the service area to get a trade in price and I inspect the new car. About an hour later after 1st arriving at Bernardi Matt with his manager gives me the quote for their Odyssey - $8,500 more than Boch!!! This is over 35% more!! This is NOT matching or beating the other guy's price - not even close. Yes, the car was a year younger, has NAV and a few less miles and I would have given them a little more but NOT $8,500!! What a SCAM! The ONLY positive experience is that Matt was the 1st salesperson that I met that knew more about the car than I did. He also wasn't pushy trying to get the deal done BUT he wasted my time! Dan at Boch, on the other hand, called me ahead of time to tell me not to come down because they just sold the car I wanted. He said he didn't want to waste my time. He has another car that may meet our needs if I want to come down for that one. He gave me the price over the phone. Unfortunately the bank is closed so I cannot buy it until tomorrow. More

Bernarti's Honda was the best experience I have ever had with buying a car and we have bought 4 cars in the last 5 years. First of all, my husband Mark got the best price right up front which saved a lot of time. Time in our lives is important. Not only did you make our niece Danielle extremely happy, you gained our confidence in you for sure to go back and buy our next car there.We even drove an hour, so that should say a lot. Seth gave us a great price and Peter you were running around like a chicken with it's head cut off just to get this done before the resistry closed. Peter, you stayed with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make us happy. You were very informative and helpful with all our questions and both of you had a great sense of humor. The service was fast, courteous and professional. I really thought that driving and hour and sitting through a car sales meeting would be a long day but you actually made the time fly by joking around with us yet getting the job done in a timely manner so that our niece could drive her new car home today. We have a Honda dealer 5 minutes from our house. We visited them twice and we were not able to come to terms because of poor communications. The make of the car and the great hospitality we recieved today made us a very happy customer. I only wish you were closer but be assured you will be my #1 consideration next time we buy.
