I have been to almost all dealers in MA for my car search. What I have learnt is all except this one are too much focused on making every penny out of you. I went in your dealership to see if I could get out of the car I was in and find something with better gas mileage and go newer. I have rated him with the highest marks because that is what he earned . If you had higher numbers then I would have given him those. I can't say enough about him. As for anyone else that I came across they were very nice to me making sure I was all set. I am sorry for not knowing any other persons name but it was all good. The thing I have to say is that I didn't get that " I want to sell you a car " feeling that you get at other dealers. I'd sent in a request for a price quote and got just that. Straightforward and honest. [other dealerships that got back to me after a price quote rquest were vague and harrassing. All i wanted was a price quote, but for other dealerhips, it was obviously too much to ask!] It's what brought me in, over other dealerships. Once I arrived I was introduced to Pter Nannery. He was fantastic to deal with. No games, he just walked me through the process. I have actually told my friends that buying car at Bernardi was a pleasant experience! Thank you Bernardi! The entire process starting with Peter and also driven by the manager Seth Marshall from the etxras we wanted and the very good finance rate made the experience pleasurable. I would recommend both Speedbilly and Bernardi Honda. They were a real class act. I was in and out of the dealership including a test drive in 90 minutes!
