I went to the dealership for the 90K service on on my 2007 Honda Element (also bought at Bernardi). Rather than put the money into a 90K car getting 17mpg I decided to look at new cars and got hooked up with Mark Aubuchon. He was EXACTLY the kind of salesperson I needed at that moment. Not pushy, very mellow but also very informative. Explained the pros and cons of my choices and in the end sold me a 2012 Honda Fit, which so far is great!! 30mpg isn't bad either. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I told him at the end that if he had tried to pressure me even a little I probably would have just had the Element repaired and not bought the Fit. Great experience!! More

This is thus far, the utmost smooth transaction ever experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. One late Saturday night I happen to browse for a vehicle that I used to have, trade it in and now I experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. One late Saturday night I happen to browse for a vehicle that I used to have, trade it in and now I miss it so much that I knew I really need to get back what I used to have. I was looking for an Acura TL. I saw a 2007 Moroccan red pearl TL type S on Bernardi's Honda website and it absolutely caught my eyes all over. I emailed inquiring about the vehicle and received a quick reply back from Harvey- Internet Sales Manager. My situation is that I wanted to trade my 2006 Nissan Frontier for the TL. Harvey made it simple for me and simply asked that I head to the dealer so they can get an appraisal. The next day I did just that. I head to Bernardi's the next afternoon. Mother nature gave out some of her sprinkling sky but that didn't stop me from getting what I knew I have to work for. I arrived onsite approximately 1330 and was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Peter Nannery. He ask if he could be of assistance. I asked him if I can see Harvey, who came out to meet and greet me. I let Peter know exactly what I came to check out and provided my thoughts on a trade in. Peter got his appraisal team check out the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle of my choice, fell in love and await. After some haggling and negotiations (who doesn't?) we shook hands, it's a done deal and picked up the sexy vehicle the following Friday. (she had her rims done and it came out perfect). I would like to thank Peter who has been in communication with me throughout, who expedites my request in a fashionably time manner, it is because of him and the individuals that I worked with, the courteous and diligence of this kick-ass team. You guys have made it a 10 stars rating from me, you've definitely made it so it exceeds your customers expectations and needs. Not only I drove off with the car of my initial prime choice, I drift off with a model up from my past TL, it's a beautiful TL type S. Let me beginning by saying that after a few visit to other dealerships I noticed a trend that did not seem true at Bernardi's; 1- The younger you are, the least important you are to the sales people other dealerships I noticed a trend that did not seem true at Bernardi's; 1- The younger you are, the least important you are to the sales people (young = no money apparently) 2- As soon as you switch from new to used, the sales people also switch attitude (lower commissions on used cars) This was my third dealership that I went into to check out cars and I came in to look at a used 2011 Accord coupe that they had advertised online. One thing I noticed right off the bat is that as soon as I walked in there was someone to talk to. I got stuck with this Matt guy who unfortunately was very knowledgeable, helpful and overall not your pushy annoying car sales man that only looks at what his commission will be. Test drove the car and absolutely loved it, got all my questions answered and decided to go ahead and purchase the car. IMO got a really good deal on the car. I did however noticed that the car was missing floor mats and just now I contacted Matt (he gave me his cell number) and he will be getting me some. This guy really takes care of his customers and takes his time to make sure he gets you in the right car. Highly recommend Matt and this dealership overall. More

I had my car diagnosed on March 28,2012 for the following items and propose me there final charges for the check engine light, Intermediate Schedule maintenance along with clip that needs to be changed for the back seat. The customer service informed me that it will cost $1311.84. I received my car fixed on the same day after the proposed repairs at 13:30pm & paying the cost of $1311.84. The very next day the check engine light showed up. I informed the customer service department & they stated that they can a check up only on April 4, 2012.
