My wife and I stopped in at Bernardi Honda of Natick yesterday, 4/15/12, and met Jimmy Horrigan for the first time. We were interested in the 2012 Honda Accord EXL. Well, Jimmy got right on it. He arranged for us to drive the car, and helped us to understand what the 2012 is all about, and what Bernardi Honda of Natick is all about. At all times, Jimmy was friendly, professional, and gave us all of the time we needed to feel comfortable with the car, the dealership, and the decision. Jimmy also made financial part of the decision and conversation comfortable and informative. There was simply nothing my wife and I did not understand by the end of our visit. I wholeheartedly recommend you stop in to Bernardi as we did and see Jimmy Horrigan about a new or previously owned and certified car. You will see Jimmy makes what can be a stressful situation nothing more than a friendly and informative conversation about the car you want to buy, the dealership, and all of the related particulars. We stopped into Bernardi to see what they had in used cars for a second car and wanted a very low monthly payment. As we were about to leave, our salesperson, Fred, suggested that we should consider a lease. With patience and care, a number of people answered all of our questions about leasing and made sure that we were satisfied before we signed any paperwork. The day ended by driving away in a brand new Honda Accord LX for the exact low monthly payment we wanted. Everyone was very courteous, friendly, helpful, and no pressure. Great experience. More
I called Bernardi after seeing a Toyota Camry I was interested in buying, and got Matt. From the start he was informative, pleasant, and extremely courteous. Very pleased, but in all honesty, although the vehicle I purchased was a great deal, I left with a concern over the tires being somewhat worn and really hoped that after expressing my concern about them, per my mechanic's suggestion, that they would have been replaced, but were not. I had been shopping around for a used vehicle and had the worst customer service at several dealerships. I had all but given up at finding the right vehicle for me and my family when I decided to give Benard worst customer service at several dealerships. I had all but given up at finding the right vehicle for me and my family when I decided to give Benardi a chance, I was so nervous walking in not sure what kind of experience I was going to have. When I was approached by Eric Yngve he was so polite, friendly and immediately made me feel better about shopping for a vehicle. I could tell that he genuinely want to help me find the right vehicle for my needs. Eric was very professional he listened to all the requirements that I had including price, and then began assembling a list of vehicles that would fit my needs. This I can tell you was time consuming and I am so appreciative that Eric is a patient person. In the end I bought a new Honda Pilot wich is a dream, I never thought that I would have such a fantastic new car that also works in my budget. Thankyou soo much Eric you were great and I will be sending more business you way!!! More
I am satisfied with the sales and service department of Bernardi. They have friendly and efficient workers overall. Jack Hodys and Sasha Keast were so friendly and accomodating that I did decide right away to purchased the car. Jack is so helpful and even gave me some tips about the new CRV. I will definitely recommend Honda Bernardi to my friends looking for new cars. More
I went to the dealership for the 90K service on on my 2007 Honda Element (also bought at Bernardi). Rather than put the money into a 90K car getting 17mpg I decided to look at new cars and got hooked up with Mark Aubuchon. He was EXACTLY the kind of salesperson I needed at that moment. Not pushy, very mellow but also very informative. Explained the pros and cons of my choices and in the end sold me a 2012 Honda Fit, which so far is great!! 30mpg isn't bad either. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I told him at the end that if he had tried to pressure me even a little I probably would have just had the Element repaired and not bought the Fit. Great experience!! More
This is thus far, the utmost smooth transaction ever experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. One late Saturday night I happen to browse for a vehicle that I used to have, trade it in and now I experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. One late Saturday night I happen to browse for a vehicle that I used to have, trade it in and now I miss it so much that I knew I really need to get back what I used to have. I was looking for an Acura TL. I saw a 2007 Moroccan red pearl TL type S on Bernardi's Honda website and it absolutely caught my eyes all over. I emailed inquiring about the vehicle and received a quick reply back from Harvey- Internet Sales Manager. My situation is that I wanted to trade my 2006 Nissan Frontier for the TL. Harvey made it simple for me and simply asked that I head to the dealer so they can get an appraisal. The next day I did just that. I head to Bernardi's the next afternoon. Mother nature gave out some of her sprinkling sky but that didn't stop me from getting what I knew I have to work for. I arrived onsite approximately 1330 and was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Peter Nannery. He ask if he could be of assistance. I asked him if I can see Harvey, who came out to meet and greet me. I let Peter know exactly what I came to check out and provided my thoughts on a trade in. Peter got his appraisal team check out the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle of my choice, fell in love and await. After some haggling and negotiations (who doesn't?) we shook hands, it's a done deal and picked up the sexy vehicle the following Friday. (she had her rims done and it came out perfect). I would like to thank Peter who has been in communication with me throughout, who expedites my request in a fashionably time manner, it is because of him and the individuals that I worked with, the courteous and diligence of this kick-ass team. You guys have made it a 10 stars rating from me, you've definitely made it so it exceeds your customers expectations and needs. Not only I drove off with the car of my initial prime choice, I drift off with a model up from my past TL, it's a beautiful TL type S.
