FCarey, Thank you for the feedback. I apologize if Michelle's efforts to folow up were too enthusiastic. As a sales organization - we tread a fine line between being overly persistent or being perceived as disinterested in the client's purchase intentions. I sincerely apologize if we erred on the side of persistence. I can also assure you that our follow up efforts were in no way driven by anything but a motivation to serve our customer. As you mentioned - none of the other delaers saw fit to maintain contact. We frequently hear form customers that they were disappointed that a a competitor didn't take them "seriously" and never followed up. Our efforts are simply our attempt to combat that. I did speak with Michelle regarding her plan for folow up to be certain that we do not repeat our mistake with another client. I do thank you for your effort to reach out and share your experience.
