Everyone there is so friendly and quick to help, and Eric Yngve really took care of us. We weren't the easiest customers to deal with but he was patient and helped us through financing and getting the best deal we could get. The minute we sat down with him he asked us what we wanted to do and how we wanted to do it, instead of jerking us around. It was a truly personal experience rather than some guy giving us a bunch of numbers. All I have to say is that Eric went above and beyond for us for what we thought was going to be pulling teeth. When it came time to discuss the purchase, he was matter-of-fact without applying pressure. He was more concerned that I had the features really needed by my family (even if lower priced vehicle). Mark's knowledge of the vehicles helped facilitate our decision in a way that was comfortable and very positive.
