I called this dealership 2 days before arriving onsite to look at what I was told was a new car with no mileage. When I arrived I found out that the car was a demonstration car and had 4,500 miles on it. Thi look at what I was told was a new car with no mileage. This has happened to me before at other dealerships so when I called I specifically asked if this was a demo or not. I was told it was not a demo and it was in the showroom with no mileage. Since I had driven out to the dealership, I figured I would proceed with negotiations since I had made the trip and thought I could get a great deal on this car since it had been a demo and already had the mileage on it. I was offered a price that was 800 dollars less than I found at previous dealers for the same make and model which was good. However, they would not budge on my trade in and valued it 3000 dollars less than the 2 other dealerships I went to. So all in they wanted $2,800 dollars more for a car that had already been driven and had 4,500 miles on it. Overall, a very bad experience and I would recommend either Honda Village in Newton (where I bought my car) or Herb Chambers of Boston (where I got the price I wanted but they did not have the right color car) More

If you do the price quote clear and put the information up in the front I don't mind if the price is the same (or even a bit higher) as other dealers, I still come to Bernardi. They were unfortunately out of Hot Chocolate when we first went into the dealership to the chagrin of my young daughter. 2 days later, when we came in to pick up the vehicle, there were 3 employees rushing over to ask if they could get her a hot chocolate. The vehicle was also ready EXACTLY when they said it would be. Unlike my last 2 experiences with a specific large dealer in Norwood whom I purchased 2 vehicles from and then when I went to pick it up, had me wait 3 hours! I would certainly recommend Bernardi.
