They were unfortunately out of Hot Chocolate when we first went into the dealership to the chagrin of my young daughter. 2 days later, when we came in to pick up the vehicle, there were 3 employees rushing over to ask if they could get her a hot chocolate. The vehicle was also ready EXACTLY when they said it would be. Unlike my last 2 experiences with a specific large dealer in Norwood whom I purchased 2 vehicles from and then when I went to pick it up, had me wait 3 hours! I would certainly recommend Bernardi.
