Michael's courteous and very professional attitude was on display from the moment we met him in the showroom. He made us feel comfortable and at ease while we looked the car over, took a test drive and asked many questions. We never felt pressured and he was very knowledgeable about the car. Doing research first on the Internet With Bernardi seemes pleasant and helpful UNTIL I actually went to the showroom where none of what I was told and promised happened. The car I wanted was not on the lot pleasant and helpful UNTIL I actually went to the showroom where none of what I was told and promised happened. The car I wanted was not on the lot even though I was told there were several with the trim level and color I was seeking which is pretty standard i. e. Black exterior with ivory leather interior. At the showroom the price jumped and another destination fee was trying to be added to the Internet price. My trade was not going to come in close to what other Honda dealers were willing to pay so after a number of aggrevating minutes of bait and switch tactics I left and I would not buy a Honda car from this firm in the future either. There are too many other good honda dealerships to visit where the staff behind the counter are really interested in the customer rather than massaging their own inflated egos with one another. I am very happy with my purchase from another reputable Honda Dealer in the area and I saved THOUSANDS of Dollare by driving away from Bernardi Honda without buying my new car there. More
