I was extremely impressed with the quality of service at Bernardi Honda this week when I went in to lease a new Honda Civic! They were friendly, efficient, and experienced, and most importantly - they listened to what I wanted in a car and did not give me the typical "run around" that I've experienced at their competitors' showrooms. I've been to other dealers this year and walked out after not being treated well, so when I came to Bernardi, I was apprehensive. But both employees were terrific, and they earned my business on a new car this week! More

Upon entering this Honda dealership, I perceived an immediate sense of rapport with Muhammed Ali, my initial contact person. He quickly convinced me a) that he was not going to waste my time, b) that immediate sense of rapport with Muhammed Ali, my initial contact person. He then answered all of my questions, and we agreed on a sale, even though I was fully prepared to leave and come back another time or go to a different dealer. I was also impressed with David Rosendahl, the Business manager. Even though it was after closing time, he carefully explained the various service and financing options in an efficient, businesslike, yet friendly manner. Overall it was a very positive experience. I likely will go there first when I need another new vehicle. Also, I appreciated having an advance e-mail with introductory pricing information. The reasonable price quote convinced me that a trip to the dealership would be worthwhile. More

The reason Bernardi Honda won out over the many dealerships I went to is because Eric Sussman, the salesperson, informed me of options, related to my needs eagerly, and was fun to work with.
