I drove 45 minutes to this dealer because a string of emails and several phone calls had assured me that I could purchase a new Honda for less money than I was quoted at a dealership close to my home an emails and several phone calls had assured me that I could purchase a new Honda for less money than I was quoted at a dealership close to my home and even save an additional $300. When I arrived, the person I had been dealing with over phone and email passed me off to another salesperson after making me wait for ten minutes for her. This other salesperson then went and retrieved an invoice for the price of the car that was almost $700 more than what I was initially quoted at the other dealership. Also, the financing I was offered near my home was less with less money down. This place had a higher monthly payment with MORE money down. I told them this, and the salesperson retrieved the sales manager, who adamantly told me that either I or the other dealership was wrong. He was loud, abrasive, all the while trying to make it seem as if he had my best interests in mind. "There's got to be something wrong with that other dealership" They all kept saying. I called the other dealership, confirmed the pricing, and drove home to buy the car. They were intent on badmouthing the other dealership instead of answering any of my questions. On the way home, I was called 6 times repeatedly (in a row) by this dealership. The salesperson left only one message stating again that "There's something wrong with the other dealership" and that they "don't know why I left." I received one more phone call from the original salesperson I was dealing with later that day wanting to know what happened, even though she didn't seem to care that I was at the dealership in the first place, nor did she come down to see what was going on. When I arrived home, I had a nasty email from the sales manager that read "Thank you for letting us know that you were leaving. We appreciate the courtesy." STAY AWAY if you want a good car buying experience. More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My son had worked the deal with Janet, their internet salesperson before we entered the showroom. I worked with Meishan for about a week before purchasing my new car. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She did my paperwork very quickly, and I would happily work with her again, or my new car. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She did my paperwork very quickly, and I would happily work with her again, or recommend her to a friend. One thing I wish this dealer did differently - It would be easier to price shop if they included the car's destination charge in their quotes. The Internet sales team is fabulous. Quick, accurate info. Really speeds up the buying process. More

I needed a new car to replace my old Honda Civic that got totaled in an accident. I researched the 2010 Honda Accord on the internet and got a few online quotes from the local dealers. Bernardi's offer came totaled in an accident. I researched the 2010 Honda Accord on the internet and got a few online quotes from the local dealers. Bernardi's offer came out competitive. Not wanting to waste a lot of time on this, I went into the dealership right away. I was told that there was only one 2010 Accord LX and one one Accord LX-P left. I really liked the Accord LX-P, and didn't want to be in a situation where I had little choice about the color and the car itself, so I went for a 2011 LX-P. After hours of high-pressure negotiation with a salesperson and his manager, I got the price and financing terms that I think are acceptable. I paid a $2500 deposit and agreed to take the delivery the next day. I said I need to take a look at the car I was buying. The salesperson asked me to sit where I was and he would bring the car over. Tired, hungry, and cold, I saw the car for maybe 30 seconds, and only noticed that it's the color I wanted (blue). Once I was home and got comfortable, I realized that I should probably taken a more careful look at the car to at least verify the features. One of features that LX-P has but LX doesn't is power seat. So when I went to take the delivery the next day, the first thing I wanted was to see the car again. Surprise! The car was an LX, not an LX-P!. When I brought this up with the salesperson and his manager, the attitude is basically you've signed the paperwork, and you should've paid more attention to details. It's been a depressing experience to say the least. It took away all the excitement of buying a new car. I hope their general manager should truely pay attention and do something about this kind of practice and not offer the standard lines (this is not the Bernardi way, blah blah), but that might just be wishful thinking.
