this is the 2nd time I have purchased a new car from this salesman, Josh, and I really appreciate his and the dealer's effort to make their customer service excellent. And it is. Amanda ensures that all issues can be corrected in one visit. I recently had an oil change, inspection, and rear brakes replaced quickly in one morning for a very reasonable price, all while I was at work visit. I purchased a used 2008 civic coupe from Bernardi about a month ago and got the best deal possible. Let me tell you that Amir Sabet definitely helped Bernardi live up to the expectations I had! He was everything a salesman should be, honest, professional and considerate. He made the whole buying experience comfortable and enjoyable. Not once did I feel pressured or nervous as some salesman can make you feel, overall he was great.Also JC in the finance department was great, he helped me get a great rate and also introduced me to the benefits of purchasing an extended warranty. I would recommend anybody to Bernardi Honda! More

I bought my 2010 Civic from Bernardi back in March. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and exactly what I wanted to pay. I got what I wanted after a couple of hours of negotiating and it was a prett went in knowing exactly what I wanted and exactly what I wanted to pay. I got what I wanted after a couple of hours of negotiating and it was a pretty good car buying experience. The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't speak to a sales manager at all. Kevin had to run back and forth at least 20 times. I still bring my vehicle there for service and will continue to. Overall I'd say it was a great experience. More
Our overall experience was great. The only real issues we had was with the license plates. We were never given the option to transfer our old plates to the new car until it was too late, they just assume we had was with the license plates. We were never given the option to transfer our old plates to the new car until it was too late, they just assumed we wanted new plates, which was not necessarily the case. And also the salesman didn't make it clear that we had to call the RMV to cancel the old plates, we didn't know that we had to do that because we have always transferred plates in the past and we assumed the dealer took care of this. We found out otherwise when we got our new insurance quote the next week. More

I leased Honda Pilot from Bernardi Honda in 2006 and was looking to trade that in for a new lease. I also needed either a new or used car for my daughter. My lease was about to expire and Derrick had calle looking to trade that in for a new lease. I also needed either a new or used car for my daughter. My lease was about to expire and Derrick had called a few times to ask if he could assist with the trade in, so I went to see him. He was most helpful in guiding me toward a solution that both worked and was affordable for me. I ended up buying my 2006 Pilot and leasing a new 2010 Civic EX. The solution was perfect! Derrick was out the day I came to finalize the deal and Mo stepped in to assist. He was very friendly and helpful, despite the fact he would not be compensated for the deal. Jamon (JC) was quick to explain my financing options and get a good rate on a loan for the lease buyout (I know because I did some rate checking myself before signing with Honda). Being an existing customer for the last 4 years, I have dealt with both the Service and Sales side of Bernardi Honda and can say from experience that everything has been consistently exceptional!! In fact, the car I had before the Pilot was from Wellesley Toyota. I loved my 4Runner would've liked to get a new one or upgrade to a Sequoia, but I could not stand the people or the service. They were consistently haughty and unfriendly. They did nothing to make me feel like I was a valued customer. Bernardi Honda kept my business (which has since doubled) simply because of their positive attitude and great service. Thank you guys! More
