I leased Honda Pilot from Bernardi Honda in 2006 and was looking to trade that in for a new lease. I also needed either a new or used car for my daughter. My lease was about to expire and Derrick had calle looking to trade that in for a new lease. I also needed either a new or used car for my daughter. My lease was about to expire and Derrick had called a few times to ask if he could assist with the trade in, so I went to see him. He was most helpful in guiding me toward a solution that both worked and was affordable for me. I ended up buying my 2006 Pilot and leasing a new 2010 Civic EX. The solution was perfect! Derrick was out the day I came to finalize the deal and Mo stepped in to assist. He was very friendly and helpful, despite the fact he would not be compensated for the deal. Jamon (JC) was quick to explain my financing options and get a good rate on a loan for the lease buyout (I know because I did some rate checking myself before signing with Honda). Being an existing customer for the last 4 years, I have dealt with both the Service and Sales side of Bernardi Honda and can say from experience that everything has been consistently exceptional!! In fact, the car I had before the Pilot was from Wellesley Toyota. I loved my 4Runner would've liked to get a new one or upgrade to a Sequoia, but I could not stand the people or the service. They were consistently haughty and unfriendly. They did nothing to make me feel like I was a valued customer. Bernardi Honda kept my business (which has since doubled) simply because of their positive attitude and great service. Thank you guys! More

I was called by Derrick regarding Bernardi Honda offering an early buy out of my current lease, and he asked if I would like to come in and discuss options. After two test drives and several hours, we agree an early buy out of my current lease, and he asked if I would like to come in and discuss options. In a few minutes your sales person Yanna called me and got me an apointment for exactly the time I wanted. She answered all of my questions and even informed me that she would not be there when I was coming, but would get me some one that can help. When I got to Bernardi after dinner, my sales person was now a very nice lady, Mayshan. She helped me with everything I needed and was not very pushy when I said I needed some time to think. On Monday morning, I got a call from Yanna again apologizing that she was not around to introduce herself, and even asked how my time on Saturday was. WOW! I ended up buying with Bernardi and came to pick up my car yesterday. Thanks you Yanna and Mayshan--I will come back for sure!! More

I wanted to make readers aware of my recent experience with Bernardi Honda. Two years ago, I signed into a 3-year lease agreement for a 2008 Honda Accord LX. My sales person was Dennis and my experience with Bernardi Honda. Two years ago, I signed into a 3-year lease agreement for a 2008 Honda Accord LX. My sales person was Dennis and my experience was fairly smooth requiring a couple of visits to the dealer and about 5-6 hours of negotiating and paper work. After two years of driving the 2008 Accord, I decided I was interested in trading it in a year early and go with the 2010 Accord EX Coupe in a manual shift. This time my sales person was Kevin McCarthy and needless to say, my transaction was not so smooth. I ended up reaching an agreement and signed the paper work. I was informed the new car would be ready for me to pick up in a week. A week went by and I heard nothing from Kevin nor the Sales Manager. Finally, another week later, I called and spoke to Kevin to find out when I could pick up my car. It was at that point I was told that specific car could not be found and I canceled the deal never having received a phone call informing me of this. There was absolutely no sympathy or remorse on the part of my dealer nor sales manager. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. I decided to hold onto to my 2008 Accord a bit longer until a friend of mine recommended the 2010 Honda Civic SI. I went in to get my brakes fixed for the SECOND time in two years since owning the 2008 Accord. I found out there was a class action lawsuit against Honda for faulty rear brake pads and I could get money back for the repair but only up to $150 after paying about $400 for the brake job. Bernardi was asking for $600 to fix the rotors and the brake pads for the second time. This was something I could not afford so I decided to look at the Honda Civic SI. The one on the lot happened to have Satellite GPS. We worked out the rates and I put down a deposit of $250 to hold the vehicle until my cosigner could come in and sign the paperwork. Kevin informed me I would receive this deposit back and NEVER mentioned it was ONLY if I decided to take the car. Well, I had the weekend to think about the deal and realized the monthly cost was just too high and I wanted to cancel the deal. After making about 4-5 phone calls and leaving several voice mails to try and get my $250 deposit back, I had to drive there, finally speaking to Tim who informed that my deposit was non-refundable because apparently I initialed some fine print on my paperwork regardless of the verbal agreement to refund my money. Having to control myself from losing my temper, I decided to discuss rates with Tim for the 2010 Civic SI without the navigation in the Black color. We came to a price affordable to me and I was told it would be available to pick up that Saturday. My experience seemed to take a positive turn until I received a call from Kevin the next day stating the car would not be ready until Monday. At this point, the rotor and brake pads were just about worn to the ground on my current vehicle and had been grinding for several weeks now to the point where I was afraid to drive it to work. It was imperative I get into a new car as soon as possible. So Monday comes and of course I had to call the dealership and spoke to Kevin to find out the wrong car had been swapped and the color of the car was gray, not black like we agreed. Unfortunately, given my circumstance I agreed to lease the car with my second color choice. My experience with Bernardi has been both frustrating and disappointing to say the least. More
This is the second car we have purchased from Bernardi Honda and Mohammud Ali in the past 8 months. As with our previous purchase we felt that we received a very fair price and had our questions answered Honda and Mohammud Ali in the past 8 months. Mohammud took the time to listen to our objectives and concerns and was able to provide his insight without being pushy or high pressur. We will be in thr market for another car in the coming months and will not hesitate to go back to Mohammud at that time. More
