My car died at a gas station across the street. After getting it jump started, I called to see if they could squeeze me in to take a look at the battery & starter system. They said to come by, and asking a couple questions about the car's history over the phone, determined I was due for service anyway. They took the car right away, and their driver was able to take me to work and pick me up when the car was finished. They replaced the battery which was the cause of the original issue, and it's been running fine since. My only criticism is that they neglected to reset the oil life meter in the dash (oil change was part of the service they performed), but I figured that out myself. Overall, a great experience and they made sure my car problems did not interfere with my day. More

This is my first new car and the people at Bernardi just made it EASY and friendly. They gave me a price they honored the price and there were no games what so ever they never tried to take advantage of my made it EASY and friendly. I explained my time constraints because I was finishing up school exams etc and they had my car ready and got me out the door with time to spare. Everything was PERFECT from start to finish Bernardi for life is starting to make a lot of sense and it was worth driving a few extra miles in order to get the Bernardi treatment. I would suggest to anyone interested in saving time money and aggravation go to Bernardi first. One last thing on our way to play the NCAA's Womens Lacrosse Tournament I rec'd a text message from you guessed it my "new friends" at Bernardi wishing us good luck in the game. Peter Nannery is the most professional salesman I have ever worked with. He's honest about what he can do for you in terms of price, and he does everything in his power to meet your financial goal. He's incredibly friendly but not in an overbearing, typical salesman way, and he truly seems to care about his customers. The financer, David, is equally professional. He must have made ten phone calls on our behalf to assure us that we had proper insurance coverage before we drove off with our new car (something we should have checked for ourselves). A delight to work with. I would definitely shop again at Bernardi Honda. What a bright, comfortable, accommodating atmosphere. I almost wish I could go back tomorrow just to hang out with the awesome salespeople! More
It began with the website, I asked for ballpark lease figures over email several times, but the internet rep dodged the question everytime trying to lure me into the dealership (which wastes my time and figures over email several times, but the internet rep dodged the question everytime trying to lure me into the dealership (which wastes my time and their time if they can't get me a reasonable deal). At the dealership, everything was pretty standard, till we started talking about pricing, all numbers were hand-wavy and nothing was concrete, and some of the numbers were lies, blatant lies. Money factors that were magnitudes smaller than they actually were if you do out the calculation. So with an equivalent APR of 11% they tried to tell me it was 2.5% and I walked away. And even the last offer was terrible. In comparison I called another Honda dealer and asked for the exact same information and they gave it to me in 5 minutes over the phone and the deal was even better than the last one that Bernardi gave me. I went with the expectation of a painful purchasing process. I was happy to be surprised that the process was actually enjoyable. Mike explained every step of the process clearly and made sure I understood it as well. They picked me up at work and brought me back to the dealership to complete the sale. My new Honda Accord was delivered to me in perfect condition and I actually look forward to having the car serviced at Bernardi Honda because the process looks to be very different than what I’ve experienced previously from other dealers or service shops. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Honda in the Metro West area to use Bernardi Honda, you won't be disappointed. More

My entire experience at Bernardi from start to finish was ideal. I contacted many dealerships in search of my new Accord coupe and everyone at Bernardi was fantastic to work with. Not only this, but something that is very important to me is that they did not make you feel simply like a customer, but a friend of the dealership.
