I had full service on my vehicle twice since purchasing. Each time I had to return the vehicle because the item was not checked according to the check list provided. I returned to have my vehicle serviced when the service was due and to have repairs done because I like the customer service, but that was not enough the second time I had to return the vehicle. More
Many years ago we had our daughter's Jetta serviced at Bernardi Honda. We were always pleased with the service and Bobby Gazza was terrific!! We now have a Pilot and there is no other dealer I'd go to f Bernardi Honda. We were always pleased with the service and Bobby Gazza was terrific!! Amir was a true pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive and focused on my needs completely. I was disappointed that it took 3 phone calls to get Manny to fax the paper work to my bank and in responsive and focused on my needs completely. My reason for the visit on May 5th, 2010 was to have my 2009 Civic looked at for a problem with the heater. While waiting, I asked to speak to a sales associate because I had a little interest in checking out whether a 2010 Civic would fit in my budget. Josh McClaseky came over and we started talking about my plans for a new car. It can be quite intimidating to consider a car purchase as a single mom of two. He was by far the best car salesperson I have ever done business with. He broke the stereotype of what a car salesman is usually like. He was not pushy, understood what I was looking for, didn't ask me what color car I was interested in immediately, smart, well spoken, professional and very personable. In addition, there were cars being unloaded and he was in between a million other things but he never made me feel like he was rushed. He went over everythign with me regarding the car, the user manual, etc. I never felt like he was trying to talk me into something I couldn't afford. He was opposite of "sleazy". I knew what I wanted and I knew my budget and he respected that completely. Bernardi has an exceptional saleman in Natick and I have already talked to my family and friends about what a great experience I had with him making this purchase alone and it is because of Josh that I feel this way. I would recommend him to everyone. You've got a superstar in my eyes. More
My experience at Bernardi was a positive one. This was my first new car purchase and I felt it went smoothly. We studied information available at truecar.com regarding the vehicle we were interested in before visiting the dealership. This was very helpful to us, not only for our education about the model we studied, but also for eliminating potential uncertainties during negotiations for our new Honda vehicle. I think that the dealership staff also felt comfortable with how we negoitiated. I will return to Bernardi Honda, and seek out Amir for assistance for our second Honda purchase, sometime in the future. More
Having had mostly unpleasant experiences at other metrowest auto dealerships over the past 30 years, I was quite surprised with Bernardi's friendly, knowledgeable and hasslefree sales group. As a result, I purchased a pre-owned 2007 Accord EX-L. I have to mention that Alex was a superb and trustworthy salesman throughout the whole process. Regarding price, Bernardi and most other Dealers use the inflated Kelly Blue Book values, which are Dealer asking prices, not what the market value is. I negotiated using Edmunds True Market Value (TMV) price range. Amazingly,I was able to settle within $200 of the midrange "outstanding" TMV. Kudos to Alex, Lisa Donovan and Josh on the sales team for instilling confidence in buying a car from this Dealer. The only downside was a lot of time spent waiting to test cars. Use their on-line listings to review car availability with free carfax reports before going onsite. Lisa can inform you if your choice is still available. This is a busy dealership so be patient. A plus is the number and variety of pre-owned cars on the lot. I highly recommend a visit to Bernardi Honda as an alternate to other Dealerships. More
I bought a certified preowned car at Bernadi that I like very much. Unfortunatley there was a leak in the roof that brought a small amount of water into the rear seat. I was not happy about the problem bu very much. Unfortunatley there was a leak in the roof that brought a small amount of water into the rear seat. I was not happy about the problem but Bernardi was fantastic about making me whole. The problem was not part of the certification process although it is quite extensive so the cost was on me. They felt it was not right that I should have to pay and got approval from the regional director of Honda to reduce the fee to a nominal amount. Everyone that worked with me has been excellent about this. They really do take care of you like a family here. More
