I have only had a nail fixed in my tire and one oil change (free) I understand that the next oil change will be $38.95 which I feel is extremely high. i bought a new honda crv via the internet. i thought the price was very reasonable and was pleased with the attitude of the internet person, darrick. i chose mohammed ali (really !) as my salesperson as h price was very reasonable and was pleased with the attitude of the internet person, darrick. i chose mohammed ali (really !) as my salesperson as he was highly recommended on this site. i have to say that i was disappointed in his treatment of me and my husband over the phone. he wouldn't give me the final total (vehicle, sales tax, registry fee, etc.), which i really needed since i was going there (50 mile trip) with a registered check. he told me the final total had to come from one of the money people, so i was transferred to that person. he told me the total had to come from the sales person. my husband called back to talk to muhammed who was obviously aggravated with us enough to say "oh jesus" under his breath. when my husband called him on it he was apologetic, but the damage had been done. when we went to the dealership we were given to peter annnery who was very nice and equally helpful. he arranged everything for us, we never felt uncomfortable or rushed. the day we picked up my car, peter had to leave to deliver another car to a customer in new hampshire. even though i was sure he was anxious to leave, he never let on. he was pleasant, respectful, calm and helpful. he performed all of the tasks that his job required with a smile and a good attitude. i would definitley recommend this dealership and peter nannery. the only bitter part was the dealing i had with mohammed, but i made sure a sales manager was made aware of his actions. don't let one a--hole ruin your total experience ! i have bought many cars and consider this time the fastest, best, and easiest due to bernardi's policies and most importantly, my salesman, peter nannery. he ought to run for the senate. if scott brown can do it, so can he ! Fantastic service. Very quick. Amanda was very helpful and thorough and got me and my 2 kids(ages 5 and 2) in and out in a jiffy....and the car runs very nicely now. I called to schedule an oil change and was talked into a 10,000 check up. In reviewing the list of things that were checked for the check up, it doesn't seem that it should have cost me a $100+ more than a 10,000 check up. The overall experience was very good and I felt very fair. The car was delevered when it was supposed to be and in pristine condition. The sales person did everything he could to help us and made it as quick and painless as possible. We would definitely recommend him to our friends. I hate buying cars because I despise the inevitable confrontation about price. These guys took that completely away and made the experience actually enjoyable. I appreciated the NO PRESSURE approach. Mike and Seth are really likeable people who look you straight in the eye and answer your questions. I especially liked the way Mike adapted to the type of communication I needed. He was quick and responsive via phone, via cell phone messaging, and via email. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good car-buying experience. More
We had a problem with noise from the clutch in our 2007 Civic and had previously taken it to another Honda dealer twice without the problem being resolved (some lubrication done, but only worked temporaril Civic and had previously taken it to another Honda dealer twice without the problem being resolved (some lubrication done, but only worked temporarily--a couple of weeks). At first, Bernardi Honda was not able to duplicate the problem, but Brian, the service advisor, persisted with a technician and the service manager and ultimately had to ask us to go to the dealership to take a test ride to attempt to duplicate the problem. He expressed his regret at having to take our time to visit the dealership again for the test ride, but this seemed to be the only option left. During the test drive we were able to immediately point out the issue (which may have been because the car was "cold") and Brian and the technician quickly determined a new hydraulic unit was needed. They ordered the part and promptly fixed the problem. We appreciate the courtesy throughout and the persistence in finding and fixing the problem. More
I was late in having my 90,000 mile check up, so at nearly 100,000 miles I had it. I was told how much it would cost and I did mention that I knew they post coupons on the web site. When I made the appointment, I was told that I could use the $30 coupon for the extensive service. I brought the car in during the evening and I was also given a free loaner car. They called me first thing in the morning and was informed that I needed both front and rear brakes. I said that I would have to discuss it with my husband. Which I did. I did ask if they could do better on the price and was given 10% off on the brake job. However, this entire service and parts cost me $975. A big shock!!! As I like to have Honda parts, I did agree to the service, but that is such a steep price to pay. More
