I took advantage of their courtesy shuttle service a My Review of Bernardi Honda: I really enjoyed my service experience at Honda Bernardi in Natick. I took advantage of their courtesy shuttle service and met an amazing gentleman who was respectful and inquisitive. We were driving in poor weather and he knew a short cut that saved about 30 minutes of traffic time by utilizing back roads. While I thought the charge for service was a bit high for what basically amounts to an oil change (7,500 mile svc), I took advantage of web discount coupons and a free car wash offering so it made the higher price more acceptable. They quoted a price, did the work in a timely manner and called me before the noon dealine that we had mutually agreed on. The charge was in line with the price quote. The shop was clean, the agents dressed smartly, and I was treated with respect. I had a miserable purchasing experience at Boch Honda in Norwood after the representative in Natick inspired me to purchase on Odyssey instead of a Sienna. I did get an aggressive price from them that Bernardi at the time couldn't match. I felt badly that we couldn't buy at Berardi but I always knew that for service I would have my work done at Bernardi. After this experience I will return to Bernardi for follow up service. We bought a Civic from Bernardi, and greatly appreciated our salesman, Mohammad. He was very respectful towards us, even during some tough price negotiations.
