Tim mcgilvray is a man who considers customers a waste of time, and thats what he told us. To give you a brief on the story, here is how it goes. Dealer A located 18 miles from my house promised to close the time, and thats what he told us. To give you a brief on the story, here is how it goes. Dealer A located 18 miles from my house promised to close the deal at $17100 for a Civic '09. Whereas Bernadi had quoted a final of 18300 the same morning. So, we did the obvious of choosing to visit Dealer A. Just about the time we left from home, the sales guy who was working with us that morning from Bernadi called and promised to beat the deal offered by Dealer A. Being prudent to save on gas we went to Bernadi when the sales guy began to negotiate the deal instead of offering what he had promised us. The back and forths on his word brought Mr.Snob (read Tim mcgilvray) into the scene. We had to mention that if not for their false promises we would not have wasted on gas and drove those miles to the store and Mr.Snob here had to call us a "waste of his time". Really, is that how it goes. In this economy people who are trying to give you a business get to be called waste of time seemed like a comment more oriented on racial aspects. Not a place worth trusting. Especially with this man around, stay away. More
My wife and I recently bought a new 2009 CR-V from Mohammed Ali and had a pleasant experience. We visited and test drove the model we wanted and later solicited a quote from several area dealers. Mohammed sought to match other dealer quotes and was willing to put his best quote in writing. When we arrived to buy Mohammed met our quoted price as expected; there was minimal shifitng in terms of the price we had agreed to over the phone (no hidden or undisclosed fees). Our new car was ready within 2 days with all of the options we chose installed, including mats, fog lights, etc. Also, Bernardi handled the insurance transfer, registration and inspection processes well so there was minimal inconvenience in terms of trading in our old car and taking home our new one. Overall I would recommend Bernardi and Mohammed in particular. Like all dealerships there was some up-selling and what felt like a lot of wasted time, but in general I thought Bernardi did a good job of providing my wife and I what we needed. More

I bought my 1999 CR-V, 2005 Pilot and 2009 CR-V from Muhammad, each time we need a new car, we'll go to B professional manner is great to work with. The night we pick up the car, Mr. Ali had everything ready, when I drove away, I know I had make the right decision again. I brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance visit. The service was performed in a terrific amount of time. The price was very reasonable. This dealership always treats me exceptionally well. I am always able to get an appointment when I want one. I am greeted when I arrive by a service professional that is friendly and knows the right proc am always able to get an appointment when I want one. I am greeted when I arrive by a service professional that is friendly and knows the right process for check-in. They answer all my questions and are able to quickly review my maintenance history to determine the correct and comprehensive service plan -- but they do not "up sell me." They have a very nice waiting / business center with wireless internet, coffee, water, fruit, etc. It is clean and well maintained. When my car is ready, a service person comes to tell me and provides an accurate invoice/ maintenance record. It is always accurate. The cashier is prompt and provides my receipt and maintenance record. My car is always waiting for me in the drive through area -- there is never a problem. I actually enjoy taking my car for service! More

When we came back to Bernardi to pick up the car, Muhammed was prepared with all the remaining items on the car and information on the dealership service. His years of experience are evident with his high level of service. We would recommend to ask for him specifically! We rated the customer service a 4 out of 5 for two reasons. The first is that it took so long to buy the car - over 4 hours after we decided on the car we wanted! The second reason is the lack of follow through on the financing side from Marlon Pina. We came in on a weekend day so he said he would call us on the next business day to confirm the rate of the loan. He did not call, and when we did call him he sounded irritated with our questions. He also did not communicate that we needed a certified bank check until this phone call which was a few hours before we were scheduled to pick up the car. I had to cancel an important meeting in order to get to the bank in time so I could pick up the car as scheduled. Plus, to get five stars, he should have had the paperwork ready in advance of our scheduled appointment. More

From the moment we walked in the door and met Muhammad Ali, we were treated as we would expect and want to be treated. After we decided to buy the car, Muhammad explained everything that we needed to do and made sure we were getting prompt service from others that we needed to talk with (ie. woman who sold us accessories, Business Mgr etc). Marlon Pina went through the financial part of the process professionally and was also very personable. The night we picked up the car, Muhammad had everything ready for us and gave us a tour of the service facilities etc. We drove away feeling very happy and confident that we made the right choice. I have dealt with the dealership before - back in the eighties - and was wondering if they would be as friendly and good. I found the salesman Mo Ali very consciousnesses and eager to please. The dealership is clean and high attention to detail and a desire to make the visit a pleasant experience. They were accommodating to my needs during the decision making process and I felt in good hands. The only comment I have about the experience was it took a long time to get through everything and though they have a set script to work from I would say with the three visits I paid I invested about 8 hours of time going through the sales and receiving my new car. I don't know if that is normal these days. More
