Bernardi Honda is an absolutely wonderful dealership. For years, my entire family has trusted their service and dedication to the customer. When I found myself quickly in need of a new car, I knew just the person to call. Janet had sold me my last car, and I was glad to contact her about my situation. She is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and sincere. (While servicing another vehicle purchased at Bernardi, my mother had told Janet about my accident in a recent snowstorm, and Janet had already been thinking about me!) At the dealership everyone was so willing to help. I spoke with both Janet and Scott, who worked to get me the best deal possible and to meet all my needs. I decided to lease, and they gave me the best options. They were so caring and accommodating, and everything was perfectly timed and efficient: I went into Bernardi Saturday afternoon, and my car was ready with new plates by Monday! I could not have had a better experience than I did with Bernardi Honda! Thank you, Scott and Janet!! More
An unexpected icy 180 rendered my former car undriveable - given the economy, we were -by no means- planning to buy a car now -- our car was nearly paid off (UGH!) Even though fate had other plans, we were determined to not rush through this very important research and decision process, no matter how unexpected it was. We live in MetroWest, and had driven by Bernardi countless times, so we knew where our first stop would be as we researched dealers/cars, as Hondas were of particular interest. Bernardi Honda has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. My husband and I were treated with nothing but respect and courtesy, and the congenial atmosphere was very low-key and relaxed. We did our best to get smart on our model (CR-V) and trim level of choice by doing as much research as we could, speaking with friends who own both CR-Vs and competing models, etc. We never felt like we were just another $-sign/potential sale. Being an educated consumer was important to us, and seemed to be appreciated (v. despised) at Bernardi. There is absolutely no pretense nor sliminess evident, as seems to still be the norm across the industry. What a welcome change. Though Bernardi Honda is a member of a much larger family of Bernardi dealerships across multiple car brands, you wouldn't know it. Our dealings with salesperson Amir Sabet in particular were great. Our money was tight and so we had to move quickly to lock in the best choice, once we knew precisely which model/trim level/color we desired. Our rental car was costing needless $$$ daily. A competing dealer ended up having our desired trim level in our preferred color on their lot - and they were able to beat Bernardi's price at the last moment, so we went with them, HOWEVER - I don't fault Bernardi one bit. It came down to stock and cost (Bernardi would have been able to transport a car to their lot in a day or two)...and we will absolutely be bringing our Honda to Bernardi for service appts. In addition, when they day comes that my husband needs to trade his car, Bernardi will be our first choice! More
I purchased my Honda Accord at another dealer. The entire buying experience was awful. When it came time to service my car I went to Bernardi Honda in Natick. Everyone at Bernardi was great. Bernardi Honda had a dinner workshop at their place about Honda cars. The speakers spoke about things I didn’t know about my Accord. The dealer that sold me my Accord did not go over anything. A man from Honda (not Bernardi Honda) also was there. He also said that Bernardi Was the best dealer he has for Honda. If you want to go to a Honda dealer that cares about you I suggest you go to Bernardi Honda. Meaghan Person More
We had a very pleasant experience at Bernardi Honda. We had visited other dealerships and found Bernardi the most pleasant to deal with. They were informative and helpful but not pushy like many of the ot had visited other dealerships and found Bernardi the most pleasant to deal with. We felt like everyone involved in our transaction was very pleasant to work with and it really appeared that people enjoyed what they were doing. Normally, I dread going car shopping, but this was actually one of the most pleasant experiences that I have had at a car dealership. I would recommend this Honda dealership to others. More
Would recommend this dealer for Service because they work with you and offer money-saving online coupons to help with the bottom line (which we know is needed and appreciated in today's economy). We have owned our car for 7 years and have always had the greatest service. I have always felt safe leaving my car there for any kind of service knowing that I will be well taken care of. Kristin has alway greatest service. I have always felt safe leaving my car there for any kind of service knowing that I will be well taken care of. Kristin has always made me aware of what was going on with the car and Bobby always gave me a status update. I am always "in good hands" when my car arrives at Bernardi's. I hope to be buying my new car within the year and I will be at Bernardi's to do that. More
i bought my car used from bernari a year ago and needed some minor repairs done, with the economy the way it is the prices were an issue. My husband and I went to Bernardi Honda in Natick last week in search of a new car. We had a wonderful experience at Bernardi Honda as we did not feel the high pressure sales pitch that other dealerships week in search of a new car. The salesman was very informative and knowledgable about the car we were interested in and when he wasn't sure of something, he asked the customer service manager whose name is Kristin (can't remember the last name) Kristin was extremely courteous and helpful and offered to throw in a couple of perks that we did not expect. Bernardi Honda was very competitive in their pricing. I would deinitely recommend going to Bernardi Honda if you are interested in purchasing a new car. More
My Honda broke down on the Mass Pike while I was headed to work. I needed to have it towed. Bernardi Honda repaired my car the same day. I was given a loaner to use so that I could get to work.
