Bernardi Honda is fortunate to have staff members like Denis Swift who are committed to providing excellent customer service. Mr. Swift is a man in his sixties and is a nineteen year plus veteran at Bernardi Honda. Mr. Swift has over 5,500 loyal customers that he has assisted in purchasing a vehicle. He has several times achieved Gold Master Status for Honda’s Council of Sales Leadership. Bernardi Honda almost lost Mr. Swift to retirement due to your obnoxious, foul, and detestable actions towards us and your wife. I personally have the highest respect for Mr. Swift and would not accept his resignation. I feel honored to be given the opportunity to work with Denis Swift. Mr. Swift was so taken by your treatment he left and removed himself from dealing with you. I was quick to inform Mr. Swift that you were more than likely an unreasonable and belligerent person before you shopped for a Honda, you continued to be rude here at Bernardi Honda, and are more than likely going to be just as disrespectful after. The “big dogs” that you speak of were there to calm the situation. You call yourself a “prepared client who has the facts”, you complain about the doc fees at Bernardi Honda saying that they are 300% higher than the last time you purchased a car. Yet as a “prepared client who has the facts” you still purchased your car here. I imagine this was only because our price was lower than any other Honda dealer.
