We had a very pleasant experience at Bernardi Honda. We had visited other dealerships and found Bernardi the most pleasant to deal with. We felt like everyone involved in our transaction was very pleasant to work with and it really appeared that people enjoyed what they were doing. Normally, I dread going car shopping, but this was actually one of the most pleasant experiences that I have had at a car dealership. I would recommend this Honda dealership to others. More

We have owned our car for 7 years and have always had the greatest service. I have always felt safe leaving my car there for any kind of service knowing that I will be well taken care of. i bought my car used from bernari a year ago and needed some minor repairs done, with the economy the way it is the prices were an issue. My husband and I went to Bernardi Honda in Natick last week in search of a new car. We had a wonderful experience at Bernardi Honda as we did not feel the high pressure sales pitch that other dealerships week in search of a new car. The salesman was very informative and knowledgable about the car we were interested in and when he wasn't sure of something, he asked the customer service manager whose name is Kristin (can't remember the last name) Kristin was extremely courteous and helpful and offered to throw in a couple of perks that we did not expect. Bernardi Honda was very competitive in their pricing. I would deinitely recommend going to Bernardi Honda if you are interested in purchasing a new car. More
My Honda broke down on the Mass Pike while I was headed to work. I needed to have it towed. Bernardi Honda repaired my car the same day. I was given a loaner to use so that I could get to work. Wow, what a weird terrible buying experience. Salesman was helpful and friendly. Asked for a price, said I Wanted one price no bs. Salesman gave me invoice,I knew there were hold backs.(COnsumer Reports b was helpful and friendly. Asked for a price, said I Wanted one price no bs. Salesman gave me invoice,I knew there were hold backs.(COnsumer Reports buying service is woinderful.) Next met deputy manager, got more of a discount, got up to to leave and big dog comes over. Basically get to invoice less hold back. Say I want to think about it, need to pick up the kids and asked about the trade. Sales Manager makes comment under breath. Trade in will take to long. Comeback for that the next day. 15 minutes. Now I schedule to come in to buy and d I do not expect any surprises. Of course, they have nuisance fee that has gone up 300% since I last buy the car. Raise a stink. Get nowhere. Decide to take the car. Accessories girl comes by. Before I went fund that I can get from bernardi.com the accessories for 33% off. Would not recommend these people. They cannot deal with a prepared client who has the facts. More
Got a coupon for a free oil change "Express Service" in the mail. I was able to make an appointment for the afternoon of the day I called. As I pulled in, Matt told me two problems he noticed in the ten feet it took to enter the garage (headlight and loose plastic underliner). The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and coffee and water were available. The service took a little longer than the 45 minutes I expected, but that was probably because it was filthy, and it was so well vacuumed it looked like it had been detailed. They did pick up on another problem that I was already aware of, but did not come up with any questionable issues (ie, blown up out of proportion or manufactured ike the time my husband brought his car to a muffler chop and was told he needed an $80 gas line cleanout). Can't beat the price, yet I could not have been treated better. More
Needing repairs on a car is very stressful. I am always wondering if I made the right decision. Kristin made me feel comfortable as she gave me enough information so I could make a decision wihtout overwhe wondering if I made the right decision. I had a bad experience in the past in that dealership and was dreading returning for service. I am looking forward to my next visit in the dealership but hopefully it will be a while I drive a Honda! More
