I have been going to Bernardi Honda for approximately two years. I purchsased a new vehicle and utilize Bernardi for service. For the vehicle I purchased new I encountered an unusual problem. Although it took a few attempts to rectify the problem the service team was committed to fixing the problem. As for general service the team is always friendly and willing to assist with any problems. I purchased my first car - a 2006 Civic sedan - from Bernardi Honda in 2006 and have had nothing but wonderful interactions starting with the Sales team and continuing with the Service department. I do not live near Bernardi but the customer service and staff friendliness make the extra drive worth it; I always have my car serviced at Bernardi, despite being only 1 mile from Herb Chambers in Boston. Since my first interaction with Bernardi in 2006, my brother and girlfriend have both bought new cars from Bernardi and also have all their service done there. I returned to Bernardi this October 2008 and had the pleasure of meeting sales consultant Jeffrey Pappas and purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot Touring. I got the best price possible for both the new Pilot and on the trade in of my Civic - you should go check it out if you want a used Civic in top condition! Both the sales consultant Jeffrey Pappas and his manager were very professional and offereed the highest level of customer service. Bernardi went out of the way to locate the exact vehicle I wanted and delivered the vehicle as promised. Overall, I am extremely happy with Bernardi Honda Sales and Service and look forward to doing business in the future! More

WE DON'T LIVE NEAR BERNARDI HONDA AND THERE ARE 2 CLOSER HONDA DEALERS TO US. THE SERVICE WE RECEIVE FROM BERNARDI HONDA IS WORTH GOING TO THEM. WE HAD OUR CAR IN FOR THE CHECK-UP AND WERE BLOWN AWAY BY HOW HONDA DEALERS TO US. THE SERVICE WE RECEIVE FROM BERNARDI HONDA IS WORTH GOING TO THEM. The service staff was very friendly and very willing to accomodate my schedule. I've had to cancel appointments at the last minute and Amanda was very willing to reschedule without a problem. I have been a Bernardi customer for over 10 years. I visited today to have my Honda Oddyssey serviced both for routine maintenance as well as a replacement timing belt. I was warned that it would take approximately 6 hours so I came prepared to work remotely on my laptop. Dave Auchterlonie was very generous in offering me every amenity available in the service center (including a rental car which I decided to decline). I was very comfortable in the business center, using the free wireless internet access, taking advantage of the complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, fruit, etc. I was even invited to take advantage of the lunch service offered primarily to the staff at Bernardi, but I decided to take a break and go to the mall instead. I was shuttled there by a nice gentleman named Paul and then picked up promptly when I called and asked for a ride back. Sandra at the customer service desk checked in on the customers in the business center to update us on our vehicles and offer any assistance we might need. So, while the service did take as long as estimated, I was comfortable and thoroughly equipped to spend the day there, taking care of a necessary task and getting work done at the same time. Having been a customer for 10 years, none of this treatment was new to me. I was just very pleased to see the consistency and care with which Bernadi treats their customers. Spending the day there never feels as daunting as one would think a day at the dealership would be! More
I was totally impressed when I took my Honda Civic to Bernardi Honda for service. I was greated by Jackie and Matt in the drop off area.While Matt was asking questions about what I needed done he showed Bernardi Honda for service. After signing up Matt took me to a customer work-area so that I could work while my car was being worked on. While I was doing work Sandra (?? I think that was her name) and the GM of Bernardi came by to ask me if I wanted updates on my car and if I wanted coffee or muffins or water bottles. The other person in the customer work area said that they come by all the time. Very nice. My car was finished quicker than I thought it would be. Although it was a little longer than what Matt said but that was OK. Matt explained what they did to my car and checked the other tires and said that they were OK and in good shape. They only replaced the ripped one. I feel Bernardi Honda is the best and honest dealer. I would recommed them. Thank you. KM. More
I went to the dealership on 9/29/08 and met with Josh. I bought a 2007 Accord EX-L that day, after several phone conversations 2 days earlier. For such a busy dealership, I was treated like I was the only one there(it was packed). Josh is the perfect salesman(not pushy and very descriptive about the price, etc). There's nothing worse than a glib overbearing selesperson. I've been through it, and was happy to see that there was none of that at Bernardi. Josh will be the guy I call from now on when I buy. This was my 1st purchase or visit to Bernardi(tried the bigger guys, but the same car was $1000 more), but it won't be the last. I've driven Accords for 23 years and am stuck on Hondas(my wife and daughter both drive CR-V's. Corey was very nice young lady and George(finance person) was extremely helpful. I have a Honda dealer 5 miles from my house. Bernardi is over 2 hours away. It was well worth the trip. Many thanks to you Josh. I couldn't be happier. More
