I want to apologize for the manner in which your vehicle purchase was handled in our business office at Bernardi Honda. It is our job as your automotive consultant to make sure that you understand our policies in regards to accepting personnel checks for a vehicle purchase and our reasoning for requesting the a vehicle be paid for before delivery and month’s end. Regrettably, your purchase experience was made worse when we started having problems with our computer and telephone system. For the past several days both our computers and phones have been out of service more than they have been working. Verizon discovered water in a manhole about a half mile from the dealership causing problems for homes and businesses in the area. Again, I apologize for any confusion and inconvenience you encountered. Unfortunately, we did not meet that goal for you. We value your business and we hope to keep you as our customer.
