Will never again use the Bernardi service department. They take 2x the time estimated so it can be a long wait. Then said I needed a timing belt replacement when they supposedly did that expensive servic They take 2x the time estimated so it can be a long wait. Then said I needed a timing belt replacement when they supposedly did that expensive service a couple of months ago, which we paid. Now they "have no record." Will get it checked at another Honda service and if it wasn't done but we were billed for it, Bernardi will hear from some lawyers ready to sue, sue, sue. After 3 oil changes at Bernardi, when I took the car somewhere else I discovered that Bernardi had NEVER looked at the engine air filter. It was VERY dirty. Downright lazy, careless service!! More

David Medrano came up with the exact car I wanted at the exact time I needed it. I was returning from Europe and in need of a car on a specific date. I contacted several Honda dealerships in the area, but i exact time I needed it. I was returning from Europe and in need of a car on a specific date. I contacted several Honda dealerships in the area, but it was David who came through. The car was ready about a week before I came in to sign the paperwork. We essentially put the whole deal together via internet and telephone. My wife and I love our new CR-V. We've been running all over New England and as far west as Pennsylvania. More extended road trips are planned for the summer. Thanks! More
My Honda was was swerving out of control sporadically on route to work. I called this dealership and was told to come in immediately because they were concerned for my safety. When I arrived shortly thereafter I was told they have no mechanics to take a look at my vehicle. I pleaded for just a quick look at my tire that I felt was slanted, but she said it’s not possible! She said it would take 2 1/2 hours or overnight before it’s looked at!!! Why was I lied to over the phone?! I just hope I make it on my hour ride home from work without an accident!!! More

As a first time car buyer, I had been jerked around a bit at other dealerships. Here, I felt comfortable asking for Levon's expertise and discussing options. I was able to tell him my situation and without judgement he made sure I was working within my budget and helped me throughout the entire process. Anthony was my finance expert and was another welcoming presence at this dealership. He was extremely well informed and worked with me based on my circumstance to get the best APR and deal with my credit. He was able to answer my many questions and gave me all the time I needed to do some calculations to determine the best warranty options for me. I appreciated his knowledge and understanding throughout and I got a low APR thanks to him! I still recommend all people doing extensive research into warranty options because I was able to tell Anthony exactly what was best for me without getting any warranties that were unnecessary for me. Friends and family keep telling me I got the best rate despite the chip shortage! I refer them to you guys. Thank you for helping me buy my dream car!!! More
