Levon was upfront, honest and very patient (as I told him the two black CRV's I drove didn't drive the same so he found a third for me to test drive). I found Levon to be very knowledgeable, honest and genuine. Everyone at the dealership from the dealership manager to the finance manager to service were outstanding. I took my car for a recall (supposed to be $0 to the customer). The employee came out of my car with mask down. They had charged me $3.75 as disinfection cost. They are passing on the 5 second disinfection cost to the customers after most likely getting a few million dollar in forgiveable loan from the government. Over that their employees wear mask on the chin when delivering the car. More

I usually dread buying a car but I had such a great experience at Bernardi that I had to share. The customer service was above and beyond. I felt like a VIP. It was actually a fun experience! Absolutely amazing service. After browsing around several dealerships, I found Bernardi to be the most genuine and accommodating place. I worked in particular with Luis and Brian (who are two of the most won dealerships, I found Bernardi to be the most genuine and accommodating place. I worked in particular with Luis and Brian (who are two of the most wonderful people you could ever meet), but truly the whole staff is exceptional. They're one of the few dealerships that don't seem to try to screw you over. There's no hidden fees or conditions--they're just genuinely trying to get you a car. Overall phenomenal experience! More
Matthew Strong provided a wonderful experience for us from start to finish as we test drove different models, through to our purchase and car pickup. He knew I was very nervous about COVID, so coordinate from start to finish as we test drove different models, through to our purchase and car pickup. He knew I was very nervous about COVID, so coordinated with me before appointments to ensure everything was sanitized and ready to go, and minimized the amount of time my husband and I needed to be inside the dealership across the experience. When we did need to go inside, he wiped down everything himself in front of us, to give us peace of mind, and ensured all of the staff nearby had their masks on and were aware that I wanted to keep my distance. All of this effort was greatly appreciated, and we feel very fortunate we got to work with him. Thank you, Matthew! More
