Frank took time to make sure he included my daughter in the discussions and patiently explained the steps to purchase and the benefits of the car in terms that were easier to understand for a first time buyer. He took us through highlights of the inventory and gave us choices so I did not feel he was just trying to sell one car that he needed to get off the lot. The whole sales team were excellent and Frank made sure we got follow up when needed even when the showroom was very busy at the weekend. Finally at the pick up, Frank ensured he blocked time to take my daughter through each key feature so she was confident taking the car home on her own.
