Frank took time to make sure he included my daughter in the discussions and patiently explained the steps to purchase and the benefits of the car in terms that were easier to understand for a first time buyer. He took us through highlights of the inventory and gave us choices so I did not feel he was just trying to sell one car that he needed to get off the lot. The whole sales team were excellent and Frank made sure we got follow up when needed even when the showroom was very busy at the weekend. Finally at the pick up, Frank ensured he blocked time to take my daughter through each key feature so she was confident taking the car home on her own. Excellent and organized process I was referred to Monica (sales person) and manager Scott Wells(sales manager) by my brother and one of my friends. Before I even got to the dealership, The vehicle was already running, clean, and ready to drive. Monica Was prompt, efficient, and very easy to talk to. She went out of her way to get the deal done and get the numbers agreeable. Finance manager Walter worked to get me a lower interest rate than I expected since my credit is not so good. I was able to get the vehicle the same day with plates, inspection sticker all set up. I drove the car to work the next day. would 100% recommend and buy from there again. More
