Charlie went out of his way to assure me of a great experience, and it absolutely was. I worked with Charlie, Scott Wells and Fred Stoudemire who was my Sales Consultant. Fred is a terrific guy, honest and sincere, with absolutely none of the so sadly typical showroom nonsense, assuring me, as did Charlie and Scott, of a very simple and smooth process from A-Z. The entire Staff was very attentive, courteous, and professional, including the Finance personnel. They all went above and beyond to make me feel special, that they wanted my business and wanted me to be satisfied. Charlie, Scott and Fred all made the entire experience simple, easy and hassle free, answering all my questions and concerns from my initial inquiry, right through delivery.
