He made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the vehicle and was very thorough explaining all of the features this car has. Efficient and Made Easy I have been using Bernardi since purchasing from them in 1995 the first CR-V made by Honda. Have also been using their service department for all my Honda's and have honestly found that department to be superior in multiple ways as compared to some luxury brand dealerships. I had been in an accident with my 2013 CR-V; it was totaled - but I'm OK; thank-you Honda engineers - and so needed a new car quickly. After doing some research on the internet, I emailed Matt and then we talked. I greatly appreciated his straightforward talk, and honesty regarding what he could do for me both as to choice of vehicles and price. Matt just made the whole process as easy as it can be (and I'm no big fan of the car-buying process). More
