I have a Honda dealership in the city I live in but chose to return here and the reasons are many. Start with service, the people are all friendly and efficient. The wait time given is usually spot on and they check in with you should an issue arise during service. Accommodating department when it comes to your needs. On my most recent visit I worked with Matt Strong. Random luck of the draw but I’m happy I got to work with him. He’s friendly, engaging and we actually chatted about ourselves and not just leasing/selling a car. No pushy pitches from Matt. He listened to what I needed and wanted then did what he could to make it happen. It wasn’t just Matt that was accommodating but also the folks he reported to/worked for (Scott!)that made my experience a great one. Let’s face it, there has to be some give and take when buying or leasing a vehicle. Both sides need to be happy. I certainly was and Matt was a big part of that. I may be leasing another vehicle from Bernardi for my girlfriend and I already feel comfortable with what we’ve discussed for terms. In addition to being very personable, he was knowledgable about the model/ my particular vehicle and didn't apply any sales pressure to the test drive. Bernardi was transparent with all previous service and work done on the vehicle and provided all documentation for review. After deciding to purchase, everything went really smoothly. There was a hiccup with my insurance company and Matthew went above and beyond to help finish the remaining steps so I could take the vehicle home before needing to leave for business travel. He was also great with providing updates throughout the entire buying process (which step was next, timing, etc). Definitely recommend Bernardi and Matthew! More

Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After the test drive we talked numbers and Matt worked hard to get us a good offer that we accepted. Overall a painless and even enjoyable experience. Matt even went the extra mile and transferred my kids car seats into the new vehicle.
