Routine service I went in for routine minor service on my 2005 Accord hybrid. I appreciated that they did not try to sell me extra stuff; in fact, they did not rotate I went in for routine minor service on my 2005 Accord hybrid. I appreciated that they did not try to sell me extra stuff; in fact, they did not rotate my tires since the best two were already on the front. Lori, service rep, was friendly and personable. It seemed to me that the costs of the wiper blades and oil change were high; although they were nice to take 10% off the bill. Although they didn’t need to do all the work that I had originally scheduled, their estimate for how long I would be there was significantly underestimated. More

Bobby Gazza I had the unfortunate experience of my sunroof exploding on my six week old 2018 CR-V. I brought it to the dealership, and dealt with Bobby Gazza the I had the unfortunate experience of my sunroof exploding on my six week old 2018 CR-V. I brought it to the dealership, and dealt with Bobby Gazza the Service Manager. He was extremely understanding, and immediately took steps to get me a new sunroof and installed as quickly as possible. Bobby was an absolute please to work with. Bernard Honda is lucky to have such a wonderful Service Manager. If he could only be cloned! As long a Bobby Gazza is employed at Bernardi Honda I will recommend Bernardi to everyone I know. He is simply the best! More
