customer service above and beyond I brought my car to Bernardi Honda a day after I needed roadside assistance for not being able to start my car. I knew I needed oil change and possibl I brought my car to Bernardi Honda a day after I needed roadside assistance for not being able to start my car. I knew I needed oil change and possibly new batteries. I was expecting the worst since my car is getting there in age (2009 Honda Odyssey). I was taken care of by Manuel who informed me that he would touch base if there were new findings. Sure enough I did, Manuel guided me in the most courteous way, almost giving me the news of the break work in such an empathetic way. He was Professional and very informative. More

Heroes of Honda I was over 200 miles away from home when my engine light came on and stayed on. I took out my Honda book and it read not to drive with the engine ligh I was over 200 miles away from home when my engine light came on and stayed on. I took out my Honda book and it read not to drive with the engine light on. My daughter and I pulled over and googled a Honda Dealership and called them. Phillip came on the phone and asked appropriate diagnostic questions. He told me that they had a full schedule but they would try to fit me in. We drove into one of the bays where we met Matt. I told Matt what had happened and he said that he would assist us. Matt told us that one of our three Catslytic Converters needed to be replaced. They had the parts and it could be completed by tomorrow at noon. Matt gave us a free rental to go to a hotel of our choice for the night. He moved our luggage into the rental. The following day, at 11:30 AM, Matt called us and said the car was ready and to pick it up st our convenience. There we’re no extra expenses and the amount he quoted stayed the same. The luggage was moved back in our car by Bernie. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, honest and professional. We were lucky that we met our Heroes of Bernardi Honda in Natick, Massachusetts.
