Not responsive I had to keep on following up for my vehicle, even when I was told that they will follow up they didn’t. Also the rental they extended they confirmed I had to keep on following up for my vehicle, even when I was told that they will follow up they didn’t. Also the rental they extended they confirmed that insurance on it was canceled and to my surprise it was not, I had to persuade the rental company to cancel it. Never I had this kind of response from Bernardi. Little dissapointing, and the car was coupon was not given I had to request for it. More
