Even if you have a perfect car, you will have to bring it in for some kind of regular maintenance. This is where Bernardi Honda is many steps above other dealerships. Their service is absolutely superb. In particular, Bobby Gazza.is a superb representative for Honda. On a scale of 1 – 10, Every customer is treated like 10. It doesn’t get any better. He gave me a lot of great information including walking me around the service department so I’d know what to expect. I love the idea of Bernardi Pit stop. He kept in touch but no pressure. Told me to text him anytime. I did a test drive. Then came back with my husband. He made sure to stick around. He found the exact car so wanted. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in. Today I bought the CRV and couldn’t be happier! Ask for Bob McGrath. He is very experienced and gave good insight. I felt comfortable and valued. Thanks Bob! More
