They did not have full details on out of state registration and because of that we had few issues and the finance guy who call me was rude in his response. They said they would deliver the vehicle to a location closer to me but they made me travel couple of hrs to get the vehicle registered to a location near to them and with a real short notice. Apart from that they were good all around.I would def recommend them again. More

Professional and honest service Excellent service. I took the car for brake service. Bernardi service person explained the diagnosis carefully an neatly. They took great of the car. Additional recommended maintanence is also done at minimal cost. Excellent Car buying experience! I had a trade that I knew I was upside down on. I wanted whatever dealership I dealt with to be fair and not take advantage of me. I had traveled to a dealership two hours away for a preowned car. They not only tried to steal my trade but actually had the worst customer service. Never had I been treated so badly. I quickly jumped in my car and ended up on cargurus. I found that Bernardi Honda of Natick had the identical car, better color, lower miles and a better price. I called ahead, talked directly with a Sales Manager. I told him about my horrible experience and asked if he could work the deal for me prior to me coming in. He agreed 100%. I was on my way. The numbers remained the same when I got there. they honored the number for my trade and for my new pre owned Honda Civic. The transaction was smooth and painless. Bernardi Honda of Natick did right by me and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre owned Honda. More
