Terrible service I took my family member honda accord for a recall service and another mechanical service .Bobby told me I should hear from him in the afternoon . When i didn t hear from him i called 3 times left a message didn t hear from him 3 hours later called to tell me they won t be able to look at the car till tomorrow . I wasn t mad or anything . but my brother needs his car to go back to work . And he found someone who can fix it sooner . So i told Bobby i will be coming later the same day to have it towed when i got to the dealer ? Bobby told me the keys are in the car . I noticed he has 6 cars blocking my car so i told him so . He said to wait till the tow truck is here . I told him the tow truck should be here anytime . while i was telling him so the tow truck showed up . Bobby told me “ the keys to those cars should be inside go move them your self “ i was shoked . Because those are customers cars ... i did it anyway because the tow truck need to get to my car .i was like this is how they treat customers cars ? Allowing other customers to move them around . I find it very irresponsible and unprofessional ... More
