Annual inspection I took my car to them for annual inspection and they failed the test because there was some moist in one of the headlight (my car is 2017 model with 1 I took my car to them for annual inspection and they failed the test because there was some moist in one of the headlight (my car is 2017 model with 16k on it and there was no other issue). I explained them that this moist/fog will go away in a minute or so if I turn on car's head light but some SENIOR reperesentative told me that I need to change my headlight. Their reason and response did not make any sense to me. I tried to explain it to multiple people in their team but all of them were acting like robots with no out of the box mindset. I took car to another service center and they passed my car. All this happened in 15-20 mins time. These people are very unprofessional and people should try best to not use their services. More

Fantastic Experience; will come again I found Bernardi because of a specific deal they had on a used Honda Civic. I came for the car, but I stayed for Mia Yacteen, my Sales representative. Mia was personable, clear, and honest about what she could and couldn't do for me. We had good personal conversation throughout the entire experience, and I actually felt like I gained a friend - not just a sales rep. I appreciated the clear communication along the way. At the end of the sale experience, I drove a new used car off the lot with which I was very happy. No other local dealer could match the price and incentives that Bernardi was able to provide. There were some logistical hurdles near the end that were frustrating to deal with, but I don't think that was anybody's fault - it just delayed the car purchase and delivery process. But I realize car salespeople are humans, and mistakes happen. Bernardi offered me free oil changes to compensate, and I gladly accepted. I'm not buying a car regularly, but I'll definitely recommend Bernardi Honda Natick to friends and family who I know may be looking at purchasing a vehicle. More
